Liked: Good location for Swindon Old Town. Cleaners and staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lift was out of order for 2.5 weeks. The charging unit had a really bright light illuminating the whole room which couldn't be switched off as it was plugged into the wall. Room cleaning was confusing but cleaners done a good job. Some marks on bed linen after new set. Car park really busy due to gym attendees. Car parking price really expensive (especially after 2.5 weeks) Rooms were quite cold. Food wasn't great but you can get local takeaways. Beds quite hard.

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Decent selection on offer.Breakfast manager always very friendly and courteous.Downstairs decor is lovely.
Disliked: Restaurant Dinner was poor. Fish and chips was full of bones and skin left on in batter. Mushroom toast was burnt.Only 1 roll of toilet roll for a room with 4 peopleOnly 3 towels given and towels were not replenished on the second day. Room was not cleaned during a 2-day stay. No drinking water given in the room. Understand there is a dispenser downstairs but thats only useful if you have an empty bottle. Cans of water at reception are an extortionate price. Wine is overpriced at the bar.We required a taxi to be called and were told to download an app, would have been far more courteous to call a taxi for us
