Liked: Location. Very comfy bed.
Disliked: Bathroom a bit tired. Narrow bath with low shower head

Very disappointed.

Liked: Staff were lovely.
Disliked: The photos of the hotel on website and booking.com site were misleading. We thought hotel was the tall building in the photo not the little building in front of tall building (other guests said the same to us). The photo of breakfast didn't bear any resemblance to what was being served (unless you complained then they produced an a la carte menu!!!!) We thought there was a pool and other facilities on offer but don't think there was. Only a very small thin quilt on bed. We paid a lot of money for a very mediocre hotel.

Definitely not a 4 star...

Liked: Beds were comfortable, location easy to find
Disliked: For someone who visits for the first time, the hotelimages are deceiving, bathroom with mould in some places, lack of a minimum expectation from a 4 star hotel, no mini bar beverages, no slippers or bathrobes, the window could not be closed completely, locks faulty, heating not working left with an electric radiator, the fire alarm went off without any reason at 6.30 in the morning. Charged for car park even though we’ve paid premium prices for a room.

Great Stay

Liked: The hotel is in a wonderful central location and near the beach. Paid for parking is at a reasonable rate. We received a warm and friendly welcome. Our Deluxe Family Room with two double beds was spacious clean and with a view of the marina.
Disliked: There were two issues that we had. The bathroom was noisy. the sound was constant running water as though the water was filling up the cistern. It would stop and then start up again. Yes, we closed the bathroom door, but the noise was more or less constant.The beds were very small double beds and the mattresses were very firm. Queen or even better, a king-size would have been far more comfortable.
