Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: all room service food is served in boxes of some discription, thats not what I expect when paying that much for my food or hotel.No condiments, no servitte served with meal and no where to leave left overs expect your room, which makes the room smell.

Disliked: House keeping absolutely terrible. Would give a negative rating out of 10

Disappointing

Disliked: The room was cold, no central heating. We call the reception at midnight for them to bring electric heaters. And was still cold over night. I slept with my bathrobe on and bed socks.
