Liked: The view was awesome, the room was comfortable, cozy and was a great fit for our family ! (Children aged 6 years - 1 month old ) Staff was amazing, friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very nice
Disliked: The breakfast was sadly over cooked and cold :(

Liked: Beds were comfortable. I found the room itself very relaxing.They offer a very convenient room service. Good food. You just need to scan the qr code on the desk.
Disliked: Not the biggest deal, but one of the cleaners knocked on our door twice to see if we were gone so she could start cleaning. The first knock woke me up, it was pretty early. No do not disturb signs available. First time experiencing this in a hotel.

Liked: I wasn't given anything to like or enjoy, or even given a chance to see the inside of the hotel. The woman at the front desk had the main sliding doors locked. And well only opened them enough to stick her fat head through to give me her ignorant attitude, also while leaving me out in the cold rain.
Disliked: The fact that I was treated like an animal. I wasn't even welcomed into the hotel. You have some really ignorant and judgmental staff. And I will be sure to let anyone and everyone know how I was treated. If you would like to discuss this any further, please don't hesitate to call me or email me.
