Overall our stay was good

Liked: We visited for family and the 49er game so the hotel was super close by and all recommendations for restaurants were about 10min away so we loved that.
Disliked: I think the AC filters might need to get cleaned, our room was extremely stuffy especially at night. We would wake up super uncomfortable and sweaty.

Superb

Liked: Open, welcoming, casual lobby where you can work, eat, and drink.
Disliked: The AC is somewhat loud - but you can switch it off. Sometimes flights pass over the hotel which can be bothersome when it happens early in the morning. Luckily, it's rare.
