Great location and we loved...

Liked: We went to see Cirque du Soleil so the location was perfect! The room was simple but comfortable with all the amenities we needed.
Disliked: I felt the parking was good except that I didn't get anything from the hotel to show that I paid for it ahead of time (when I reserved) so I ended up paying twice. Wish I would have been given more info about that. I also felt the room, particularly the bathroom, could use an update. It felt dated and a little dingy even though it was clean.

Liked: Friendly staff. Ease of check- in and check -out. Excellent housekeeping services. Convenient parking in Brunswick Square parking lot - especially during a winter storm! The room was well appointed with a lovely view of the harbour.
Disliked: No food availability Christmas and Boxing day. There were no restaurants open in the city and it would have been nice to have an option to eat as a hotel guest. Parking cost could have been included in the room price instead of an added expense.

Liked: The bed was super duper comfortable, I think I had the best sleep of 2024 there lol. The staff were amazingly kind, helpful, and delightful. The location could not be better, either. I'll be staying there from here on in when I visit Saint John.
Disliked: I can't think of anything tbh.
