Easy, comfortable, effortless, friendly.

Liked: Everything! It was comfortable, easy, great staff in all areas. Special mention to the young man with his wrist in a cast who waved us in to the parking area and could not have been more helpful, courteous and friendly!

good locatoin, nice hotel

Liked: location great, and room big and clean
Disliked: parking on 6th floor, and going down to mezzanin to cross into hotel not ideal..

Liked: It was clean. Staff was friendly
Disliked: The mall and the market connected to the hotel are vacant. Apparently hit hard during Covid.

Liked: I enjoy the stay, the location was great, very central which met our needs.
