Liked: JL hotel manager comped my parking, and gave me a free small bottle of wine. She was very apologetic and concerned. Room was very nice!
Disliked: Room was not ready at check in; front desk receptionist Althea was rude; complications with correct bed assignment for my room.

Liked: The staff were just great! Receptionist helpful and went out of her way to find a restaurant close by, and set up the shuttle service. Mr. Garry was so nice and helpful with the shuttle.
Disliked: Restaurant facilities were basic at best. Loud music in the evening. We had to leave property for dinner.
