Disliked: I was double charged!!!! The delta charged my visa and booking.com charged my debit card upon booking. And the staff member at the front desk by the name Mika wouldn’t believe me even though I had proof and she just was rude and wanting to argue and make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about! Even after I showed her my bank statement to prove I was double charged!

Liked: Over all a nice hotel with a good location.
Disliked: Parking across the street in an open parking lot. It was storming and under ground parking was full. The rugs were very dirty!

Liked: The waterslide was off the entire time, which I called in advance to check to see if it would be working as that’s why we booked the room.
Disliked: No vending machines anywhere, if you call and ask if there’s any events in the hotel they’ll say no to get the reservation :( wanted a quiet getaway and ended up there during a hockey tournament and a new years celebration. Which are very fun! But not what we wanted to be around on our one night away.
