Good

Liked: The property was very beautiful I really liked the pool and the restaurant, I had few problems with the room, the bathtub wasn't really clean and maintained. Otherwise everything was perfect I'll surely come back.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff friendly and attentive
Disliked: Bobby pin on bathroom floor, I don’t use Bobby pins. Found hair dark hair on sheets I have red hair, bed mattress has to be changed, very old.

Disliked: It had a dirty towel behind the toilet doorIt had no kleenex in the boxIt had no toilet paper on the distributorI couldn't open the TVIt was tough to get connected to the WiFi

Liked: Great location, dogs allowed, friendly staff
Disliked: Room not ready before 5:30pm, not sufficient number of towels in the room (reserved for 4 and only 3 towels per room), decor outdated, elevator very far, no clear signs in the stairs and we ended outside in the snow with no coats on, should have no carpet in the room.

Nice hotel in good location.

Liked: Location was good. Room was good, got an upgrade. Also late checkout.
Disliked: Food was awful at dinner, only tried it the evening of my arrival. Had breakfast but no flexibility on choice. Only wanted one egg and some toast but had to pay for potatoes and extra egg even though I didn't have them.
