Delightful hotel with excellent staff...

Liked: I loved the rooms very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff at breakfast was excellent
Disliked: There was remodeling of the lobby area.

Liked: Location was close to old Québec
Disliked: Construction work was ongoing in guest sitting areas foyer etc. Lifts were a bit shaky

Disliked: No idea why the carpet had a funny smell.

Don’t give out rooms that...

Liked: We were informed about construction, but upon entering our room, the air did not work. We went down to talk to them and they said they had no rooms available, but offered us breakfast the next morning. I got up in the middle of the night twice to take a cold shower because it was that hot And I didn’t get much sleep and we were traveling 14 hours and getting on a boat next day so it was very unpleasant
Disliked: That the air conditioner didn’t work and they didn’t have another room give us

Overpriced for what you got...

Liked: We did not partake in the breakfast
Disliked: The rooms were old and dated and very dirty
