Liked: Breakfast was great!Room service was super!Friendly staff.Clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: I didn’t like paying for parking underground while staying in the hotel.I didn’t like that the pool area was closed on Sunday morning for cleaning!

Liked: This hotel is in a great location to walk Charlottetown. Lots of places to peruse close by. Our room overlooked the water :) The staff was super friendly.
Disliked: We had dinner one night from the restaurant and it wasn't nearly enough food.

Liked: The location is great. The hotel is showing it's age and takes in too many tour groups. The hotel site states 3 restaurants. There is ONLY ONE. This makes the one restaurant too busy. Not good value by my standards.
Disliked: Price was too high. Should be more than one restaurant.
