This hotel is a good...

Liked: We had breakfast at the hotel one morning. It was good!
Disliked: The Starbuck’s downstairs could have had a friendlier female staff member. She wasn’t very engaging and was somewhat terse.

Exceptional

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the site itself was nice.
Disliked: The staff that worked 10/10/24 in the a.m. didn't make my coffee experience the best.

You get what you Pay...

Liked: Everyone was so very nice. The place was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and the room smelled fresh and not perfumey or musty when we walked in. The room was large enough to move around, and when our dad came and visited, the sofa was handy so we all had somewhere to sit. Even the elevators and luggage carts were clean and when we showed up to the hotel, they were vacuuming the outdoor entryway.
Disliked: The parking was strange as it was not necessarily right at the hotel, but it worked. There was no continental breakfast. The bathroom was a little tight. The pool was a little cold in the evening, but I'm sure it was like that so in the heat of the day it would be refreshing. Price is a little high.

Overall, a great stay!

Liked: Proximity to Downtown Mesa, Front Desk Staff (Days, Valeria and Everett) were excellent. LobbyBar staff were also excellent, especially Andy. Nice selections at Lobby Store, nice bedding, towels and pillows. Very nice pool and spa area. Please note-I am interested in purchasing a king pillow like those at the hotel.
Disliked: Bathroom lighting is too dim for shaving or make up. Bathroom needs a magnifying make up mirror, and better lighting. And elevated toilets. Cable or Satellite tv system is lame, needs upgrade. Hallway on 6th floor smells musty and odd. One last thing-Sat, 9/21 at about 3:30, two 12-13 yr old kids were running up and down the hallway, banging on the doors. Sixth floor, and hiding in ice machine alcove. Maybe check your tapes.

Good staff, clean and comfortable...

Liked: Room was ready early and I was informed via test. The room was very clean and the property well maintained. The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable and the towels were soft.
Disliked: Everything was good.
