Liked: The staff had our room ready when we arrived a few hours before check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. They were really accommodating, and the room was perfect for our needs.
Disliked: There wasn’t much to explore around the area, and the options for things to do were a bit limited unless you were attending a specific event like we were. It would have been nice to have more local attractions nearby to make the stay even more dynamic.

Liked: It’s clean and well located in Mesa. The coffee shop person was very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The staffs at the front desk were not as friendly as one would expect at a hotel. I have traveled the world and thought other Marriotts were better. There should be some training as to how to be more attentive and more helpful. For the price I paid, I got a much better customer service at the Hilton—they were sold out of course, hence I came to Delta Marriott.
