Expensive for what it is

Liked: We had to stop over here on our journey North. The bed was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Very unhealthy breakfast with poor range. No choice of vegs, only toast and old croissants. Dry, stale cheese and terrible coffee. The room was cold and it was a pain to find some bottled water. The sink was overfilling. Their website was not helpful.

Very disappointing for price!

Liked: Room clean.
Disliked: No usable power point beside bed. Need this for cpap machine for sleep apnea. Receptionist did give me an extension cable, but this caused a trip hazard during the night as it had to run from opposite side of room. The socket the bedside lamp plugged into not the same fitting.The food at dinner was not as described on menu in three different dishes and some dishes were unavailable. The food was very much overpriced for what we received. I asked for a Bacardi and coke from the bar which was really unpleasant. Certainly not coke! I decided later to have a cocktail which was also a big mistake. I don’t think the barman knew what he was doing. My husband gave up when he ordered one to be told their wasn’t enough ingredients to make it, tried another only to be told the same. My one was presented in a tall glass and certainly didn’t look like a cocktail.
