Great venue to meet up...

Liked: Clean, great facilities, comfy beds
Disliked: No lift to first floor but this was explained and there were plenty of downstairs rooms.

Would not come again.

Disliked: Food was terrible. Being offered a spoon for your curry because it is so watery. I used a coffee cup on the Sunday night and it was not taken away.

Very good but let down...

Liked: Quiet location, the room was lovely and the leisure facilities were amazing. The breakfast was good and most of the staff very friendly. Room service was brilliant.
Disliked: The bedroom floor had some dirt/stains and inside the bedside draw was dirty which let down a great room. The dining experience in the evening was terrible. Left waiting for 2 drinks (not cocktails) for 30 minutes! And that was only after we reminded them. The dining room had nobody else waiting for drinks as it was quiet, so this was disappointing. Food was ok, not great and there was a staff member who had no idea what they were doing. When checking out the staff member didn’t seem to care about us and didn’t ask how our stay was which was completely different to the gentleman who checked us in and was truly lovely.
