Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa...

Liked: Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre is a lovely modern hotel in good location and we had a good stay here while in the area to see family.
Disliked: We prepaid for our room online via Booking.com yet got charged a second time and are still awaiting a refund.Otherwise we had a lovely stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre.

Enjoyed my stay

Liked: Excellent location - was very close to the venue where my work function was.
Disliked: The heating and cooling system was a little noisy which is usual in hotels.

Great location, even better breakfast.

Liked: Room was good, hotel was nice with good facilities. Location is fantastic, all within walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic and something I would highly recommend.
Disliked: Took forever to find a reservation, and did the room was very small for the price of the room.

Liked: Generally I liked the amenities; the staff was great and the room was very spacious!
Disliked: The chair that was provided in the room was not exactly clean and looked like it was in need of a deep clean.

Rude staff, suppplies not restocked...

Disliked: Rude desk staff, major parking issues where I was told to pay down in the garage then the garage attendant told be because I was there three days I had to pay upstairs. Had to reverse through the garage to park, go upstairs, wait in line to be told I needed to pay downstairs. Back and forth, being very frustrating and time consuming made me late for my meeting. I ended up having to pay the higher price upstairs and when I asked to be comped for the three days of parking I was scuffed at and told no. I will never be back and am considering a chargeback from my credit card company. This on top of the frustration of no coffee/sugar left in my room the second night with no housekeepers coming in.
