I booked this hotel because of the price and because it said they have a "heated pool". The pool was freezing - no heat at all.When I asked the front desk 'why is the pool cold - that is one of the main reasons I booked with you', the guy looked at me like I was from Mars and said 'is it? We haven't had any complaints.' I said 'well you have one now.He said 'I'll send "maintenance" out there to look at it'. The same man comes out there 5 minutes later, looks at me watching him, bends over and sticks his hand in the water shakes it off then leaves - nothing was ever done and nothing else was said. So I'm upset - I say 'forget it' to my daughter, 'this place sucks and I'm not going to come here again'. I told my daughter 'I'm going to take a hot shower instead'. Wouldn't you know it, the water didn't even get hot - it got warm all the way turned to hot.The pressure was horrible with low-flow shower heads just like that Seinfeld episode. LOL. If I wasn't ticked off enough the water from the shower filled up past my ankles...that was it for me! I called to tell of my newest frustration and she says 'we will send someone to look at the water'. Huh? I said 'well all it's doing is sitting there not draining, What's the point? My shower is over now.' When asked for the corporation number to complain, I was told 'we don't have one, this hotel is owned by the bank'. Well isn't that wonderful? The place is run down - I compare it to a Motel 6. The staff has poor customer service skills. I know I will never be staying there again and wished I had picked another hotel. What should've been a relaxing and pleasant stay was so aggravating.

Good value near Disney Springs

Liked: Good location walkable to Disney SpringsReasonably quiet. Decent pool, we were visiting at the end of January so the sun did not hit poolside too often. Breakfast had plenty of options. We had booked a king-size but they weren't able to offer this on arrival but after negotiating the front desk offered us free breakfast for the entire stay

Liked: Super convenient location, three minutes away from Disney Springs and an extremely nice staff, only thing I didn’t love was the $40 for parking for two days but that’s not really a big deal considering the savings that I get with this place. third time staying at this hotel, would very much recommend it.
