I booked this hotel because of the price and because it said they have a "heated pool". The pool was freezing - no heat at all.When I asked the front desk 'why is the pool cold - that is one of the main reasons I booked with you', the guy looked at me like I was from Mars and said 'is it? We haven't had any complaints.' I said 'well you have one now.He said 'I'll send "maintenance" out there to look at it'. The same man comes out there 5 minutes later, looks at me watching him, bends over and sticks his hand in the water shakes it off then leaves - nothing was ever done and nothing else was said. So I'm upset - I say 'forget it' to my daughter, 'this place sucks and I'm not going to come here again'. I told my daughter 'I'm going to take a hot shower instead'. Wouldn't you know it, the water didn't even get hot - it got warm all the way turned to hot.The pressure was horrible with low-flow shower heads just like that Seinfeld episode. LOL. If I wasn't ticked off enough the water from the shower filled up past my ankles...that was it for me! I called to tell of my newest frustration and she says 'we will send someone to look at the water'. Huh? I said 'well all it's doing is sitting there not draining, What's the point? My shower is over now.' When asked for the corporation number to complain, I was told 'we don't have one, this hotel is owned by the bank'. Well isn't that wonderful? The place is run down - I compare it to a Motel 6. The staff has poor customer service skills. I know I will never be staying there again and wished I had picked another hotel. What should've been a relaxing and pleasant stay was so aggravating.

Liked: Super convenient location, three minutes away from Disney Springs and an extremely nice staff, only thing I didn’t love was the $40 for parking for two days but that’s not really a big deal considering the savings that I get with this place. third time staying at this hotel, would very much recommend it.

Liked: The hotel is centrally located to the activities we enjoy. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, including Disney Springs, Wawa, Starbucks, and Publix. You’re very close to the Disney bubble. The staff is very friendly. The pizza from the bar is pretty good and cheese Danish from the coffee shop. Also, as a tea drinker, I was happy to see a nice assortment of teas.
Disliked: Mold on the top tiles of bathroom shower and ceiling in shower. Maybe it was stained, I don't know 🤷‍♀️
