Exhausted.
Liked: We lost an entire night of sleep due to a group of people outside our window being extremely loud and cussing all night. I called front desk 3 times to complain. I was told someone would handle it… I called at 11:30pm, 12:30 pm and 2:30am. The noise didn’t stop until after 4am. This caused us to lose a day because we needed to sleep during the day and then I had to drive 10 hours home. This situation and how it was (not) handled, ruined the stay for me.

Convenient location but in need...
Liked: The location was convenient and provided easy access to attractions.
Disliked: The rooms felt outdated, and the only source of light was a single table lamp, making the space dim.

Liked: Great amenities, heated pool, hot tub, fitness area, pond (and they give you fish food). Very fun.
Disliked: We booked the hotel for 3 adults and kids in the room. We opted on to pay extra to have breakfast. However when we got to the hotel they only give you a voucher for 2 adults. This was disappointing as we had to pay extra for the kids and the other adult. Gratuity is also automatically included, which I don’t mind but it would be nice to know ahead of time as we needed up pay an entra $70/day in breakfast.

Overall, my stay at Delta...
Liked: The property was very clean and had a very serene vibe. I love the Koi pond and all of the relaxing areas for seating outdoors. Customer service was very accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. I also enjoyed the fact that there are two pools on the facility.
Disliked: My only complaint about the property was the breakfast buffet all of the baked goods that I tried were dry and stale. Fortunately, I had a credit for breakfast from my booking app and I did not have to pay for it or I would’ve been extremely disappointed. Even the biscuits and hashbrowns were dried out, hard and not fresh.
