Disliked: I was sleep an a bug went into my eye from property sheets etc. I called front desk they lied an advised account would be documented for a manger never did. That morning went to front desk to ask for a manager she was avoiding me I waited for more 15 mins and no manager no introduce no sympathy no nothing I seen some one walking around then started to interact with white guest. I finally gave her my incident asked for manger name she finally said I am at this point I was devastated of the treatment care an level of surface she told me come to side an she was looking at me saying how can I help you like she didn't no what was going on I just asked her name she said sapphire while my eye was running I told her then since she seen uninterested. I took her name an went to Orlando health my day was ruin couldn't see. I paid for a nice night of sleep it was horrible
