We liked the resort feel!

Liked: Liked the grounds, pool area!
Disliked: One manager was rather rude when I enquired about the travel desk, stating it was not run buy the hotel. It is a guest service and they should’ve more helpful when asked about the service.

AMAZING

Liked: There were two things I really enjoyed about the hotel: the food and the facilities. This was probably the best food experience in a hotel in the US. The breakfast was AMAZING! I also really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Tina! She was so patient and kind.

I would definitely stay again.

Liked: When I booked this I wasn't expecting much, we were just there for a Disney run so we went cheap on the room... To my surprise it was a really amazing place to stay.. The resort is beautiful and well maintained , the pool was beautiful and my son loved the slide, we ate at Waves because we had a $25 per night credit to use and was surprised how good the food was..last but not least the location was amazing , it took us 15 minutes to drive to Epcot for the run, 12 minutes to Disney Springs and there are plenty of restaurants walking distance if you want to go that route

Very good

Liked: Overall the resort was very nice, staff were extremely helpful and the environment is definitely family friendly. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and the rooms did need to be cleaned a bit better especially the walls and ceiling areas. The bathrooms are also very tight for a family of four, but the pool area, and dining areas were excellent and made up for it. Overall I would rate the property an 8/10.
