Liked: The breakfast was really tasty, I enjoyed it. It was well prepared
Disliked: When I requested for some toilet rolls , when they ran out. They took long to be delivered to our our room , I just assumed that the staff were busy

Disliked: the windows in the room provided no sound barrier and it was very loud more care needs to be paid to the tea and coffee stations: my spoons were dirty, no alternative milksthe sauna was out of order the whole stay which was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel the gym also was smaller than photos online

Liked: We have stayed here many times and the staff are still lovely.
Disliked: The hotel and spa all look run down and under invested in. The spa was shabby, the breakfast not great and the general level of maintenance poor. To not have electric car chargers in the car park now is not acceptable.
