Very disappointing.

Liked: The staff tried to help but there was only one receptionist so they were spread thin !
Disliked: The room was very cold when we arrived and there was no coat hangers. We had to go to reception to get more milk etc. so disappointing for the money we paid. When we arrived there was a fight in the car park.

Disliked: There was a stain and a hair on our bedding and the jacuzzi wasn't working nor was the steam room

Disliked: Staff on the desk were miserable, and you can’t watch the tv in bed as you can’t hear it due volume being stuck at 17

Disliked: Only booked that hotel cuz of jacuzzi however the jacuzzi wasn't available for us so wasted about 60 pounds ..... disappointing
