Liked: We love this hotel, we have stayed there several times, spacious comfy rooms, great breakfast with plenty to choice from, great friendly helpful staff,

Liked: The evening meal was excellentService at lunch and dinner was good
Disliked: The room was next to a dual carriageway, i never slept a wink, when i raised it with reception they told me i should have booked a cheaper room! They couldn't care less, shocking service, breakfast didn't even have fried eggs, hash browns were terrible, lamp in bedroom didn't work, people continuosly scanning barcodes on doors next to where we were sat in bar area.. it was just not worth 132£ plus the 80 i spent on food. They didn't even offer to compensate
