Mediocre. The only good part...

Liked: The staff were VERY sweet. Well except the shuttle person. Everyone was extremely helpful and very polite.
Disliked: I stayed 4 days and the water in the shower didn’t get hot at all….i let it run a while and no… I literally took cold showers my whole stay. Let’s talk about why this location doesn’t take cash… who wants to charge their card or the room for a $3 soda? The remote didn’t work on the T.V., but that wasn’t even the worse thing….the elevator went out and they had a second one….why did that one go out as well and I had to take a service elevator???!! The bar staff didn’t know how to make a mocktail and literally asked me if I knew… haha. Lastly…the menu…. If you don’t have the things on the menu…remove it. I was there for dinner and they have stuffed blackened salmon, with saffron risotto, and vegetable de jour… sounds good right? That wasn’t what I got… I got a grilled piece of salmon, a side of mashed potatoes, and a spoonful of sautéed veggies… I was so disappointed with everything that I didn’t even have the energy to complain. For $563 dollars that they charged me for my stay…I should at least got what I payed for…
