Convenient and friendly

Liked: Friendly, welcoming staff. Easy to park and clean room even though a little outdated. Easy to use the pool, sauna and steam room. There is an adult only time in the pool which is a great idea. We ate in the restaurant which was good value, my husband said the batter on the fish was perfect. There was a great choice at breakfast as well. The location is perfect for shopping at the Metrocentre (8 min walk away) and taking the train into Newcastle (takes 10 mins).

Great place to stay to...

Liked: Great location near The Metro Centre, bus stop into City just outside. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Staff very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, nice and quiet during our stay.
Disliked: Good job I read reviews about the pillows being soft so we took our own! Not a deal breaker as everything else was great, no complaints….just please get some firmer pillows.

Disliked: Pillows. You sank in them, no support on your neck. Not a big thing but better sleep would have been amazing
