Exceptional

Amazing hotel

Liked: Myself and my partner found the hotel phenomenal and all the staff were very friendly and approachable. I also have to give my complements to the kitchen staff my omelette in the morning was the best I have ever had. Even the staff in the gym and spa facilities were welcoming, the bed was also massive and very comfy. It was all in all just a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone and I will be coming back soon.

Liked: The location is fantastic, the check in was very easy, plenty of car parking space, the food was really nice, I stayed in the superior room and it was very comfortable, it is a bit dated but very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I'd definitely recommend this hotel

Liked: My favourite hotel when I'm in Newcastle. Carly in the restaurant is lovely, always smiling Looking forward to the next visit for 2 nights later in the year.
Disliked: People was asking for certain hot breakfast and it was cooked We didn't get that option. If they cook stuff it should all be out.
