Great Hotel Close To Everything...

Liked: The location is great. Close to everything in Times Square with easy access to subways especially E train. Room was clean and larger than I expected.

Can't wait to return!!

Liked: So we were braced for the stereo typical "rude" New Yorker experience but we didn't see that once in our 5 day visit! The staff at the check-in desk were so incredibly lovely!!! There was an issue with my credit card which was my fault as my jet lagged brain forgot about the AUS/USA exchange rate! The girls were incredibly patient and relaxed and didn't make me feed bad at all! The other guests were friendly and always happy to chat on the elevator ride. We never had to wait long for an elevator to come. There was always someone at the desk when we came in late at night which was very comforting. Cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job. Bed was comfy when we crawled in it after long, long days! This is the perfect location to stay. We did take the subway so we could save our feet some times but we walked almost everywhere. From the hotel, walked to Central Park and back multiple times, saw the Rangers Play at Madison Square Gardens, saw Wicked, Rockefeller Center, Empire State, 5th Ave for shopping, High Tea at The Plaza, Tiffany's, World Trade Centre Memorial and we walked to all of these places from the hotel. The 2 places we had to take the subway was to Yankee Stadium and Intrepid Museum. We used Uber to and from the airports. There were absolutely no issues on this trip and we had a fabulous NY vacation!
Disliked: We DID NOT like the frosted glass sliding door to the bathroom at all! There was also a gap between the sliding door and the wall, not sure who would be comfortable with any of this. Looks cool until you HAVE to use the washroom and then the panic sets in! They REALLY need to change that!
