Disappointing

Liked: Location is great, staff were friendly. Chose this hotel based on location, so we could walk Old Montreal.
Disliked: Room was dated and Parking situation was unacceptable. Would not return because of this. (Half the spots in the garage were closed, other half were taken by an event, leaving guests of the hotel to find self-parking in a Green P lot or other lot,) We specifically chose a hotel with parking so we could have peace of mind as we walked the City. Extremely disappointing that parking is not adequate and/or available for patrons of the hotel.

Enjoyable

Liked: Great central location for walking to all sorts of attractions including Old Montreal, McGill, the Eaton Centre and the Grand Staircase. The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: I was expecting a little more quality from the restaurant based on the description of the food and the price; was disappointed

Disliked: Have to pay extra for WiFi (in 2024!) and breakfast.Only disposable coffee cups in room. I don't understand why not a proper mug. It's such an expensive hotel, why make it feel like a cheap takeaway?

Bed

Liked: The room wasn’t clean carpet in bed condition. Mattresses are broken Also showerhead was broken and water was spewing all over.
