Exceptional

Great hotel choice for business

Liked: Great English Breakfast, nice dinner choices and red wine. Helpful transit to airport.
Disliked: false alarms from smoke detectors in main halls, lounge is very expensive for what it provides.

Amazing

Liked: Everything was perfect, we requested for early check in as we had our 4 year old child and they were able to accommodate.All staff were friendly, said hello when you bumped into them in the corridor and the hotel was clean and smelt nice.I loved how the Temp of the pool was perfect for young children, first hotel who have considered this.

Disliked: People were banging on my door and neighbours door in the middle of the night threatening o break in. The hotel Phone was down during this time so feared my safety
