Only average but good location

Liked: Breakfast not included in a very expensive booking.Beans, sausage, eggs and bacon - not too much to be available in this expensive rate.Had breakfast at Wethersppons

Liked: This is our go to hotel when we come to Liverpool to watch Liverpool play. Never been disappointed. The staff are top notch and nothing is a problem.

Enjoyable but beware the room...

Liked: Perfect location for what I required. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room service was a joke. Half a bag of nachos with melted cheese (cold), some guacamole, salsa and cream straight from freezer (solid) was not work £12 and the £5 delivery charge is more that a food delivery half way across town. This service is not good customer relations - I felt cheated.
