Great value for money on...

Liked: Everything was great, staff were friendly and helpful, and really knowledgable about the local area for things catered to our needs.Great value with everything we needed close by
Disliked: Room service food was questionable, the portion size was good, but the quality could be improved for the price.

It was restful and productive,...

Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly and went beyond the minimum.The environment was very clean and tidyLocation was perfect for all we needed, restaurants and shops close by, conveniently close to train station.
Disliked: A little brown stain on one duvet in the room, didn’t look nice.But staff sent another one up, immediately I asked for one.Really can’t think of anything else.
