Superb

Liked: This is our go to hotel when we come to Liverpool to watch Liverpool play. Never been disappointed. The staff are top notch and nothing is a problem.

Enjoyable but beware the room...

Liked: Perfect location for what I required. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Room service was a joke. Half a bag of nachos with melted cheese (cold), some guacamole, salsa and cream straight from freezer (solid) was not work £12 and the £5 delivery charge is more that a food delivery half way across town. This service is not good customer relations - I felt cheated.

A very pleasant experience, we...

Liked: Very comfortable room, a comfortable bed, good quality furniture. Everything was very clean. The lifts were very quiet and efficient.The breakfast staff were very friendly and went out of their way to find some Earl Grey tea when asked . I noted that they do top up things that are going down. The breakfast was good value for money.We also liked the fact that we could park the car in a safe space. Being unfamiliar with the city,It saved us the trouble of finding somewhere to park and we felt the cost was reasonable.
Disliked: We didn't like the only way to get information about the facilities ,once in the room ,was only by way ofbar codes to download on a phone. Paper form suits everyone. Old school maybe, but it would suit us better.For example, meal times and a menu for room service , restaurant menu etc in the room. Some leaflets for excursions and attractions to take away would be helpful in the foyer. The booklet is in general ,good, but it can't be taken away.
