Stayed previous years but thought...

Liked: Location was excellent staff were happy to help both at breakfast and on the desk.
Disliked: The window was screwed shut so no air in the room, cleaners didn’t come in daily, we found out they did only on requesting them, our tea bags and coffee ran out, we also had to find clean towels our selves from a trolly. Swimming pool was also out of action

Liked: The delta hotel was lovely and clean and in the perfect location for the Christmas Market and all the shops!
Disliked: I was pleased with everything.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely. Top quality. Location was spot on couldn’t get better. Bed was to small tho. What’s the point of a queen bed ? Either have a double or single
