Excellent accommodation, would come again.

Liked: Comfortable, clean. Really good selection at breakfast and well presented. Easy to get to. Lifts to upper floors. Nice hot water in bathroom.
Disliked: We had to plug the kettle in on the floor as the lead was so short. An outlet at table height would have been a big advantage. It is v difficult for me to bend down to the floor.

Liked: Wasn’t offered tea/coffee when seated for breakfast. I had to ask how to get a cup of tea. No paper information in room or biscuits with kettle.

Comfortable stopover off A14

Liked: Useful stopover off the A14. Clean, quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: On an industrial estate with not at lot else around.

Accommodating and peaceful

Liked: Loved the pool, sauna, hot tub area. It was my anniversary and I asked the front desk if they did anything decor wise. They placed rose petals on the bed and had 2 cupcakes waiting for us in the room upon arrival. Breakfast selection was good and not alot of people were there. Parking lot is big and free!
Disliked: The room was quite warm, even with the temperature all the way down. Opened the window but the noise from the road was too loud.

This hotel is worth a...

Liked: The rooms are standard throughout and are larger and better appointed than I was expecting. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and each room is provided with 2, large, comfortable chairs. The staff were delightful throughout, particularly in the bar and in reception. The breakfast was of high quality with a wide choice.
