Lovely hotel, would definitely recommend...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much to ask. Food was delicious and everything was freshly cooked. The room was lovely and clean, the only down fall was we could not open a window or see out of the window. Cleaners came to refill and refresh the room daily.
Disliked: There wasn’t many shops near the hotel

Liked: Good rooms comfortable bed brilliant breakfast easy to get to airport
Disliked: Staff made it hard work to check in they tried charging twice for our evening meal again staff in restaurant didn't seem to know what they were doing, and one member of staff was really rude at breakfast.

Great Heathrow location : excellent...

Liked: Convenient location for Heathrow . Rooms very clean with comfortable beds and fresh water supply which was appreciated
Disliked: I felt reception could have been a little more friendly . I'm a former Marriott card member and now know this could have been acknowledged .

Great place - shame about...

Liked: The room was exceptionally good - much larger than I had been expecting and with everything in it that I needed.
Disliked: The food was not up to much and was overpriced
