We had an awesome stay at the Ramada Hotel in Green Bay. The room was very nice - the service was great and if we ever get to do another once in a lifetime trip anywhere we will certainly use and recommend your website. The Packers game was awesome and Jim proposed during the 4th quarter of the game - I said yes. Our trip will always bring back special memories - thanks for helping me with the accommodations.(:

Poor

Liked: The location was easy to find and close to everything we needed. Not far from the children's hospital
Disliked: We booked for the pool for our little child who had an operation scheduled next day. It was the main reason we chose this hotel. We never got a notification the pool was out of order until we arrived late that evening. Then we figure we would let her play in the tub and there was no bath tub. Then the wifi never worked for us despite asking the front desk for help. No one slept good. Was a terrible let down to an excited child before a difficult next day.

Liked: The staff was nice , the shower water was hot. The coffee in the room was good
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable i reserved a king and was forced into a queen, the shower pan was gross with black marks all over the floor pan, the TV wouldn't work on internet TV.

Disliked: Kids were playing hockey in the hall. I had to complain 2 times for the problem to be resolved. Went to go buy some ibuprofen the next morning and only thing stocked was cold and flu medicine.

Liked: Urban 80 restaurant was fantastic with the live music and good food (reasonably priced). We loved the fitness center and the availability of free water bottles and a water bottle filling station. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but it looked refreshing, and had a water slide. The shampoo and hygiene items in the room smelled good and were of good quality. Easy 2 mile walk to Lambeau Field. Lots of places to eat nearby. In the room temperature control was awesome, we were able to make it super cool for sleeping.
Disliked: I was disappointed to realize that the leftovers from the hotel restaurant were saved in the mini fridge in our room, but there was not a microwave in the room to heat the left overs. The shower needed to be about 6 inches wider. I am 5' 3" 160 lbs and I was smacking my elbows constantly while washing my hair. The shower drain is a neat concept but noisy. It is so noisy that I could hear the people in the rooms around us showering. The pillows were not comfortable. Obviously this is a personal preference, but I could not get a good night sleep.
