Hotel itself is lovely, but...

Liked: Food was good. No issues.
Disliked: Bottled water only given on day 1. I was there for 5 nights. No extra blankets. Towels and glasses taken during cleaning and not replaced.

Disliked: we stayed more than one night and the complimentary water, lotion and makeup removing wipes were not replenished daily...

Liked: Super clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Lots of delicious options. Also loved having the option of ordering room service the night before by simply filling out a checklist. Out food arrived exactly on time in the morning.The bathroom was spacious with plenty of countertop space.The general family room was a great place for our older children to hang out and meet other tweenies.

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room was a sauna and couldn't change the thermostat. It was 26 degrees celcius and my dogs were over heated. Sauna in the pool was out of order and hot tub was luke warm.

Clean and quiet

Liked: It is clean and quiet. The restaurant was pretty good
Disliked: We had picked th hotel for the airport shuttle but they did not have a shuttle for the early morning flight so keep that in mind if you are booking there for that reason.
