Liked: Location
Disliked: The room was a sauna and couldn't change the thermostat. It was 26 degrees celcius and my dogs were over heated. Sauna in the pool was out of order and hot tub was luke warm.

Clean and quiet

Liked: It is clean and quiet. The restaurant was pretty good
Disliked: We had picked th hotel for the airport shuttle but they did not have a shuttle for the early morning flight so keep that in mind if you are booking there for that reason.

Extremely clean rooms, well equipped...

Liked: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, underground parking, the overall layout of the hotel, the gym facility, having a restaurant in the hotel.

Great place to stay!

Disliked: Mattress was too hard!

Disliked: Mattress was okay but not great. My back was a little sore in the morning.

Disliked: remote to TV didn't work. the toilet in the bathroom was so close to the counter my husband bashed his arm on the counter and ripped his diabetes medical device off his arm.

Liked: The staff was so helpful and nice. Kristoff was happy to help us with our late check in and was smiling and made us feel like we were at home.
