Comfortable.

Liked: The facilities, generally, were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The jets in the outdoor hot tub were underwhelming and we couldn't find a control to allow us to turn up the jets.

Great location and rooms with...

Liked: Location is fantastic for exploring the waterfront near Okanagan Lake. The room was modern and well-appointed. The downstairs restaurant was pretty good although there are better restaurants within a short walk.
Disliked: The shower had a leaky showerhead, that needed to be replaced.

Liked: Very accessible to numerous arts & cultural events including Prospera.

Beautiful lakefront hotel

Liked: Husband's 70th Birthday and we got an upgrade plus a celebration bottle of wine!Beautiful view. NICE indoor and outdoor Hot tubs plus pool. Oak and Cru restaurant was GREAT!Nice waterfront walkway.
Disliked: $36 a night for parking.
