Good

Liked: the breakfast was sooooooo good. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were top knotch
Disliked: Was quite expensive, the whirl pool was very very very hot. We were not provided with our breakfast voucher upon registration, so had to go and ask for it during breakfast. NO FREE PARKING 10$ a day.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the lounge and the service and food were great.
Disliked: The bathroom lighting was rather dim.

Liked: I had a very pleasant experience, staff were very helpful. They accommodated us in every way possible.
Disliked: For some reason my back hurted the all night

Liked: Hotel front desk employee was super nice.
Disliked: It was very loud due to having high traffic. Even tho I was staying on the higher floors facing the north side.

Liked: I’ve stayed here many, many times and really like the central location. The restaurant staff at breakfast are always exceptionally friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The front desk clerk was most unfriendly at check in, which is not what I expect at a Delta hotel.

Liked: It was the same hotel as the venue I attended.
Disliked: TV did not work. Bed much too soft - woke up with back pain. All the pillows were too soft - there was no choice.
