Liked: Great breakfast, great size room. Liked the water fountain in corridor. Easy access to airport and City by bus.

Handy location, room needs looking...

Liked: Perfect location for getting tram into the city with the station only being a 5 minute walk away
Disliked: Window in room broke so was unable to close window. The handle came off which being on the ground floor wasn’t ideal and wallpaper was peeling revealing black mould underneath

POOR SLEEP, POOR STAFF and...

Liked: The room and hotel was clean. The location was perfect for my reason to visit.
Disliked: There was a dog in the room opposite, which was left unattended and barked everytime someone walked past. The owner returned in the early hours and decided to take it out a walk. When he returned he allowed it to run up and down the corridor. The dog was barking and woke up all my party. Once he returned to the room, it went quiet for a while, but when people started moving about again the barking began. I reported it to staff, but they didn't appear interested and all I got was "not so good." I was really disappointed as I've used this hotel numerous times before without issue.
