Liked: Beautifully clean, THE most comfortable beds. Staff were so welcoming. Special shout out to Pete, the maintenance guy who came to our aid in the car park when we were struggling with changing the inner tube on pushchair wheel

Disliked: We had a terrible noise in our room The staff were very good and moved us but very inconvenient having to move in the middle of the night

Disliked: Didn't like the fact the room was so hot and a/c didn't seem to do anything. There was no water in room fridge. Why leave glasses there with a sign if I need ice then call down to reception. I woke about 4 and would of liked some water. The tap water seemed warm

Disliked: Instead would have liked an information sheet/booklet in the room telling me about opening times for breakfast/ evening meals and bar areas or anything to tell me what the hotel offers. There is online information but I couldn’t find the answers I needed.
