Recommend this hotel.

Liked: Location. Good car park. Helpful staff. Very happy with our stay. Thank you to all the team.
Disliked: The room fan/ heating was noisy. As we were only there for one night, we didn't do anything about it, but for a longer stay, I am sure it would be sorted out.

Disappointed, so much potential wasted

Disliked: Staff seem unhappy. Don't feel welcome. Service in dining room at breakfast was very poor

Liked: Always clean and very comfortable. Stayed a few times and always a pleasure . Staff very courteous and helpful . In the centre of the city so very convenient .

Disliked: Only issue was fridge didn’t work & main tv had a mind of its own, minor issues & we were able to work around them.

Exceptional

Very comfortable reasonably priced tourist,...

Liked: Perfect location for tourist to old town.Staff were all above average in delivering professional service in a pleasant manner.Breakfast was self service with option of items being brought from kitchen. Everything was well cooked, in a relaxed atmosphere.On site parking at £11 per 24 hours which for the location I thought good value.
Disliked: Room temperature had to be controlled by a combination of opening the window and using ventilation system (which wasn’t a problem as facing onto a quiet car park and it was cold outside). Might be an issue in summer, I don’t know.We had a meal in the dining room on the first evening and unfortunately we did not think curry dishes really worked however there was no problem exchanging for nice fish dish.Drinks were expensive.
