Liked: Hotel was lovely and felt like home.
Disliked: The guests noise next to us, kept us awake but wasn't the hotels fault.

Will stay again

Liked: Excellent room for our needs. The hotel is well located for access into the city centre and the University. Unfortunately clothes were left in a drawer on departure but the staff were exceptionally good in sorting this and promptly returning them.
Disliked: The tv had to be sorted- it took 3 different sets to achieve this but the house engineer was very determined to fix the problem

Great location hotel should improve

Liked: Location was great! It was a cute little hotel with good staff. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The rooms were small and not properly air conditioned (too hot) the bar area was freezing cold! The beds were too small. Bathroom towels had holes and stains and there was some sticky substance all over the desk!
