Disliked: Room dated, not allowed to use pool with my toddler after 6pm but we checked in at 5.50pm and nowhere in our booking details did it say anything about not being allowed in the pool with children after 6pm. Very disappointing, as we only chose this hotel because of the swimming pool. Staff rude and unaccommodating- no room for negotiation or compromise e.g ‘we’re sorry you weren’t told about the swimming pool timing rules, why don’t you go in but make sure you’re out by 6.30pm?’ They also took a £50 fee in case we ordered room service, which left my account immediately and won’t come back in for 5 days.
