Pleasant but a little tired...

Liked: Staff very pleasant, breakfast friendly not enough plates to use in the zones set for different things to eat. parking easy/great location for my work related visit.
Disliked: Room was cold and AC system wasnt working but they provided an electric heater which warmed the room fairly easily. Check in took too long as only one member of staff on so wasnt her fault just arrived when others were checking in but it did take longer and nobody to help.

Disliked: Heating didn’t work in the room. So was freezing. Couldn’t get through to reception. Checked out and 100 security fee still not back
