Comfortable

Liked: The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I arrived very late (2:30 am) so was very tired. I couldn't bother going back and complaining that the room I booked and paid for was a KING. I was given a room with 2 queens on the 8th floor and the girl that signed me in led me to believe that I got a FREE upgrade. It was not an upgrade.
Disliked: I din't get the room type that I booked.

Great place to stay

Liked: Helpful cheerful staff. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Codo meals were excellent we had family from Calgary join us for supper there and every meal was excellent and exceptional staff.
Disliked: There was nothing about our stay we didn't like. True it was only overnight but we're happy to say we're staying here again on our return trip home.

Liked: The location to the airport was great. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the time we arrived to departure. The homemade eggnog that was offered was superb! Looking forward to our next stay.
