Clean; comfortable bed; good sized room; complimentary upgrade on arrival for our anniversary. Great hotel, will definitely be back again.

Liked: Great central location, super friendly staff and comfortable room.
Disliked: I wasn’t aware that parking was going to be £17 extra per night

Liked: Clean bedroom area.Very thick pillows and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit was noisy. Although I was on the 10th floor, the traffic from the road was audible. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

Great value, comfy and renovated...

Liked: Great breakfast, room renovated, right in the centre, gym facilities and still or sparkling water available to fill up water bottles. Really nice hotel for the price - not the cheapest but not ridiculously priced either.
Disliked: No conditioner left in the shower, soap empty in toilets
