Clean; comfortable bed; good sized room; complimentary upgrade on arrival for our anniversary. Great hotel, will definitely be back again.

Very clean bed was comfortable....

Liked: Close to the centre
Disliked: None

Pretty standard but beware of...

Liked: Friendly staff. Generally clean.
Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned every day like receptionist said it would be. Noisy location. Expensive parking and within Clean Air Zone so pricey.

Liked: The distance to where I needed to be
Disliked: The staff was so rude and unhelpful kissing their teeth and rolling eyes at me. The chain lock on the door was broken maybe someone tried breaking in before felt very unsafe. The toilet pipes made a really loud annoying noise and a foul smell after. Underneath the bed was trash. You could hear people walking by and talking thus not sound proof. Overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone but would recommended the Bristol Royal Hotel.
