Excellent customer service

Liked: Fantastic helpful and friendly staff- all right on top of their customer service game.Also loving the artwork around the hotel. Would like to know more about it (I should have asked really shouldn't I?)
Disliked: The Mews building has got a bit of a damp problem. Beautiful rooms but ours was not nice to stay in.Need to get it fixed asap.

Pleasant stay, beautiful main building...

Liked: Buffet breakfast, good quality and choice.Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Bar staff need better training, could not make a well known cocktail from their own menu. Restaurant decor looked very functional like a premier inn, not atmospheric or cosy. We chose not to eat at the hotel although encouraged to book, not surprised as they weren't busy. Our room was swapped on arrival, supposedly for our own comfort therefore placed in the newer part of the hotel.

Comfortable stay

Liked: Rooms was comfortable but overall the look is dated and tired. I had room service for dinner, which was faultless. It arrived quickly, was piping hot and delicious.
Disliked: I expected a walk-in shower with a good shower head. The decor is old fashioned and a bit grungy looking.Key missing item - electric charging points for cars.

Liked: The staff upon arrival was warm and welcoming. They put in place almost all l had requested. Tha location was absolutely beautiful
Disliked: Unable to operate heating in room

Beautiful stay in a gorgeous...

Liked: Gorgeous location, free use of facilities whilst staying there (pool, spa, gym) and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The bathroom could do with a little updating but apart from that everything was superb !!!

Perfect stay for a countryside...

Liked: The property is situated amongst beautiful hills and nature. Lovely and trained staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast!Of course, the room was clean, tidy and had all necessary facilities/items.At check in we had to wait for our room to get ready, the staff was ever so lovely and made us feel welcomed and comfortable!
Disliked: Everything was great.
