Very comfortable, huge rooms and...

Liked: Beautiful room with a very large and comfortable bed.
Disliked: The last time we stayed there were leisure facilities with a pool and spa area, we were aware those were not available when we booked but it’s still a little disappointing as we remember it being wonderful.

Liked: Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and bathrooms in rooms were lovely. It was a good location
Disliked: There was no tea making facilities. The bedoom was very hot. Breakfast was disappointing.. Bread was hard. Bacon was overdone and hard.Parking was £15!!!!!

Liked: Comfy beds, spacious bathroom, ideal location for both city centre and Edgbaston Village. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: There wasn't a bedside table on both sides of the double beds. Even a shelf would be helpful for a glass of water etc. for the person sleeping on that side.
