Short overnight for a funeral,...

Liked: Good location - near the train station so easy to get from airport. Big room with comfortable bed and big bathroom. Quiet. Very clean. We got an early check in which was great as we arrived early for a funeral so we could rest and freshen up (it was an additional £30 but was worth it)
Disliked: Bar food was very processed and not great at all.. We just had tea and toast for breakfast and it wasn’t great either. The bar and breakfast area were a bit clinical (lacking atmosphere). We had an early start so we were in bed early, TV didn’t work in the room, I rang reception, a girl came up but couldn’t fix it, maintenance had gone home so she said it would have to wait until tomorrow (we were checking out at 5am!)

Great stay

Liked: I liked the look of the hotel and the destination.
Disliked: Didn't like having to pay for the parking for the price of the the stay, the pillows in the suite room need to better. Felt like nothing there even having to pillows together, the floor in the suite needs to be replaced as chunks missing for the tiles. The Breakfast was cold which made un enjoyable, it was dry like it had been cooked and reheated on a griddle pan.
