Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. I will definitely be back to stay. I loved everything about this hotel.

There are only 2 ways out of the building, all of which you have to go through the main lobby to get to. Being a military veteran with PTSD and anxiety, this is highly inconvenient and a huge stresser just to get to your vehicle. I also booked through ConcertHotels.com. I was charged immediately when I booked online. The morning I was leaving the hotel; the hotel decided to charge me again. When I addressed the woman at the counter I actually had to show her the charge on my cell phone because she didn't believe I was charged twice. Once I showed her she said it was a glitch in the system and I would have my money in 3 to 5 days. I asked for a manager and she refused to let me speak to one. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay over $400 for one night in a hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. Sarah you should not be allowed to treat customers with such disregard. Deplorable and unacceptable!

Liked: Really liked the services and hospitality . Concierge were very polite and very helpful. Would recommend to stay in this hotel to all my friends and family if ever they wanted a very safe and secure environment

Nice location, but expensive.

Liked: The room we booked had breakfast included, which was delicious. Bacon, eggs, turkey, pancakes, toast, bagels, mixed fruit and sweets - weekends are buffet! The room was well cleaned, and the pool was also well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable. The nescafe coffee was delicious.
Disliked: Upon our arrival our mini fridge was broken. They brought a replacement but it didn't keep anything cold either. The bathroom in our room was quite small, and the beds were also quite small. The pool and slide were great, however, I find it difficult that I cannot take my young child down the slide with me, but I could sign a waiver for my 3 year old to go alone. I understand the safety, just frustrating. We also stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday, and we were placed right by the elevator. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but there were a lot of very loud, disruptive people getting off the elevator at 2am and walking up the halls.

Liked: The pool and location. We could walk to where we had to go.
Disliked: This may not be the hotel's problem. I booked from booking dot com. I been using them for years with no issues. This time breakfast was included as what booking dot com said but the hotel said it wasn't included. So my lesson is just make sure you get what they said. I will pay more attention next time. Cost me 60 breakfast cause we thought it was included as what the website said. That was my only issue and again not the hotels fault.
