Liked: The breakfast and the location were good
Disliked: I was not aware that this famous property in Baltimore has now become a flex hotel. The price seemed entirely too expensive for the very limited amenities. Also house keeping could do a better job in regularly cleaning the rooms. House keeping needed to be notified that you wanted your room clean and even then did not clean it. Also, it is very strange for a housekeeping staff member to show up and ask "what do you want me to do?" Other than that the staff was very pleasant particularly the front desk managers.

Disliked: The bar was poorly stocked. While Donald did a great job…he was very attentive and professional… the contents of the bar were sub par. They really need to offer a greater selection of spirits particularly their vodkas and rums.
