Disliked: I was charged for my room upon check in even though I had paid in advance via booking.com I spent my first hour there with booking.com customer service providing bank statements via screenshots attempting to prove I was double charged. The front desk told me they were unable to assist with this issue

Liked: Breakfast has a good selection, Eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, cereal, etc. The room was big and bright, with a comfortable bed.

Disliked: We were there for two nights and the toilet ran 24/7 in spite of my asking to have it repaired several times. Made it hard to sleep.Also, our room was never cleaned. We ended up stealing towels from the storage room. And the elevators barely worked, just to add to the bad experience. Disappointed - not what we expect from Marriott.

Disliked: The building was a bit old, and the elevator was a bit slow.

Liked: The bed was the best. I have not woken up without being stiff and sore in 20 years.
Disliked: Smelly hallway (mold) loud neighbors, no luggage cart

Large rooms, great location, needs...

Liked: Rooms were huge, beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Enjoyed walking around the shopping center… great places to eat. Rooms had refrigerators! Appreciated connecting rooms.
Disliked: The outdoor patios were flooded with brown, dirty water. The bathrooms are very dated. We requested a crib and it wasn’t delivered upon arrival.
