Liked: lovely big room and spectacular views.
Disliked: swimming pool not open. so had to go to mandalay through casino.

Liked: I was upgraded to the suite I wanted to book first when my room was not ready on arrival. I loved it! It was the panoramic suite!
Disliked: The prices in the gift shop were extremely high, other than that I loved it!

A very disappointing stay due...

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: Our shower was filthy. There were clumps of hair on the existing shampoo and body wash bottles. The drain in the shower was backing up terribly and we had to call maintenance. There were also disgusting smells in certain areas of the lobby and hallways. I was very displeased
