Liked: The hotel was very nice rooms very clean and of course location and lake view
Disliked: Only my room was at Bayshore condo was away from the main hotel and we missed so much despite of shuttle service. Which I didn't know when I was booking that far says 10 min but didn't expect

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: Indoor Swimming pool was not up to the mark. It didn't have life jacket and life guard on duty. There was no noodle or anything of that sort available for people, kids who cannot swim.

Disappointed…..
Liked: The grounds we beautifully tended to.
Disliked: It looked tired, needs to be updated to 20’s. Looked unkept. Stained washroom. No housekeeping. On fourth day we requested to have the room refreshed (towels changed and garbage removed) and this was not done until we requested for the second time (seven hours later).
