Ideal traditional B&B

Liked: The location was ideal for a nearby wedding. Easy to access and the gardens were lovely. A traditional B&B feel and welcome.
Disliked: Road noise was an issue for me as I’m a light sleeper but the hosts had provided earplugs in each room.

Genuinely fantastic

Liked: Everything here is exceptional. Private drive with security gate, unoverlooked as the propery is masked by high fern trees. The rooms only have front windows & doors that look out to the beautiful garden & terrace. Entry to the property is through the fully enclosed car park then dinning room. The layout of the large room is perfect with a large walk in shower room plus a built in wardrobe & safe.It is simply an idilic place to stay.John & Sue are perfect hosts & very welcoming.
Disliked: I had to go back to work.

Clean, comfortable, convenient.

Liked: We enjoyed the end room in the corner with the bench, it was lovely sitting outside under cover. Our hosts were very friendly, kind and hospitable. When we arrived we were brought a tea tray with cakes ( even providing a gluten free one!) Amazing choice of breakfast, done to your individual requirements. Everywhere was clean, and thought had gone into providing things you might require. John provided good suggestions on where to visit. Good location for visiting the Broads and the seaside.
Disliked: Not much really, just that the toilet was slow to flush.

A single night of peace...

Liked: Spotlessly clean.Super attentive hosts and they had thought of every possible need supplied in the room.Superb shared sitting out garden.Superb breakfast with excellent choice.

Perfect for us

Liked: We had an incredible stay at this property – it truly had everything we could have wanted. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. We were warmly welcomed with fresh coffee. The facilities were top-notch, from the beautifully maintained room to the thoughtful amenities throughout the space. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place comfortable and inviting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by a beautiful garden with lovely views.
