Enjoyed my stay though disappointed...

Liked: The style of the room. The bed and linen, I didn't understand the mood lights to the main lights? They both operated the same. Everything else I found was clean and modern. The art Deco style loved
Disliked: The breakfast buffet had no glasses to use to have a juice. I asked for a glass the lady on breakfast shift said that they were in the dishwasher and was waiting for it to finish. There were no coffee cups or teaspoons. I would say I waited for a good ten minutes came before glasses, coffee cups and teaspoons came out. I ordered room service breakfast on Christmas morning. Ordered a pot of tea ( tea leaves ) pit of tea Englidh breakfast with toast. We got 2 take away cups with hot water and a tea bag. If I had known this we would have used the tea in the roommade our own tea. Two takeaway cups with 2 teabags and 2 pieces of toast with Vegemite cost $38 - That is absolute robbery!! How could you charge that? Especially when I asked for a pot of English tea ( tea leaves) was disappointed by that. I mentioned it to the girl on the desk on Checking out and her response was that it was Christmas so extra cost on Christmas day,

Ideal place to stay when...

Liked: Ideally located, excellent facilities, parking on-site with plenty of space to spare. Ideal for little kids to stay with the family as there is a kitchenette if you need to cook something up for the children
Disliked: There was no housekeeping service the 25th and 26th December. This is something to keep in mind while booking.

Overall happy

Liked: Clean, tidy , cozy
Disliked: The room above us was noisy , from 4am til morning The ceiling has no noise isolation
