Great location

Liked: Location was great. Easy to access everything, tram stop out front of property. Bed comfortable and shower brilliant. Breakfast had lots of choices. Staff lovely.
Disliked: Only negative was the additional cost for secure parking.

Liked: Well appointed and the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on for a while!
Disliked: Northbourne Rd is convenient to find, but few nearby amenities

Great hotel

Liked: Beautiful big rooms with all the things you need like coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dryer etc
Disliked: There was a bit of an issue with hot water - I think a plumber needs to check as it starts to run out and you need to keep adjusting

Superb

Liked: The property location is great, the layout of our room was beautiful & very spacious. For a longer stay it has everything you need a kitchenette, Hidden laundry etc. we look forward to staying there for our next trip.
Disliked: We loved everything i cant fault it.

Comfortable place to stay and...

Liked: New modern hotel, comfy beds and nothing missing. Plenty of towels and stocked mini bar plus a separate fridge was great!
Disliked: Rooms a little cluttered with bits and pieces eg box for tv remote etc. they just take up room. The touch light switches just too complicated and sensitive.

Comfortable Retreat

Liked: - Design of the room, including digital controls.- Well stocked supplies and very clean.- The receptionists were accommodating.
Disliked: - Mobile phone signal was non-existent in the rooms (we were notified by reception during check-in to utilise the free WiFi). This appears to be a location issue.- Despite the sign on the door, the cleaners came by in the early morning.
