Huge room in a great...

Liked: We booked a room for two adults and a kid and the room was huge. Lovely king size bed and a pull-out couch. The location is so perfect to walk around the old town and the staff was friendly and helpful. We peeked at the rooftop bar and it was hopping but we couldn’t hear it from our room.
Disliked: On a Saturday night, the noise from groups in the street was very loud but this was not too surprising.

Liked: The Hotel is in a wonderful location. The atmosphere is amazing. Hotel staff were all friendly . Absolutely loved this place.
Disliked: I had to leave!

Clean hotel in heart of...

Liked: The location is in the heart of Old San Juan, walk to everything. Stayed in the Merlot room. Was spacious and the balcony was wonderful. AC kept the room cool. Shower was huge, abundant hot water. Hotel was clean and had a great courtyard.
Disliked: you are close to nightlife so there will be noise from the street. Didn't bother us and ended around 11pm. The coffee machine in the lobby kept breaking and many places didn't open early for us to get any. The rooftop restaurant menu didn't excite us. Better food elsewhere.
