Poor

Liked: Good location, great for short stay. Smooth check-in and check-out service.
Disliked: It was very noisy until late, bar tables located just outside the room door. Windowless room does not give comfort at high enough price.

Liked: Close to Old San Juan very super clean and updated hotel staff was so helpful and friendly
Disliked: Noise - we were in a room right next to the common area They were noisy until 11 or later and up early

Very good

Liked: Location was perfect for walking all of Old San Juan. The rooftop bar/restaurant was fabulous, both drinks and food. The hotel staff and bar staff were friendly and professional. All spaces were immaculate.
Disliked: Our room had no windows. On a future stay, we will pick a room with a balcony.

Liked: it was located in Old San Juan.
Disliked: the coffee maker was down. they could have provided a carafe of coffee given the price of the room.

Would stay again Try the...

Liked: Close to lots of neat bars and restaurants- well hidden ones- looks are deceiving! Rooftop bar is so beautiful! Great staff, tapas is perfect and views are beautiful
Disliked: 1st floor - you can hear everything in the open atrium all night People would congregate there till late and early in the morning
