Liked: Hotel was lovely, had a nice individual feel. Close to the centre, easy to find, rooms a good size, lots of choice for breakfast. Staff so friendly and helpful. Loved the idea sheets left on our bed each morning. Very accommodating when we asked to leave our luggage on the days of arrival and departure. Very clean and nicely decorated.
Disliked: If we had to be picky would have liked better lighting in the bedroom. It was hard to read at night. Even though you could get hot drinks easily downstairs any time it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Really good stay

Liked: Great breakfast and excellent staffing to help. Room was perfect for our stay. Staff always available to give advice. It was great talking to the group manager on her visit and she explained why no kettles etc in the room.... because so many are careless and stain the carpets etc.... we really get it. Finally JP is so helpful. We arrived back in the evening and he knew without being asked that a cup of tea before bedtime would be excellent.... great member of staff

Liked: The staff truly made our stay shine. João, Paulo, Tessa, Sakib, Larissa, Silvia, Jessica, Carlita, and Aissato were incredible. From giving us great recommendations for lunch/shopping or logistics, to keeping our room so clean, we truly appreciated these wonderful people who were so helpful and attentive. Thank you, Dear Lisbon Gallery House!

Liked: Great location, really lovely friendly staff. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast good and a nice lounge area to meet and discuss the day.
Disliked: Lisbon accommodation prices are generally high but this delivered value.
