Great place

Liked: An old building but everything has been fixed up and renovated. Loved our room and its clean bathroom. Breakfast was awesome especially cappuccino that was made by the front desk lady. Highly recommended!

Charming hotel at a great...

Liked: It’s my second time staying at Gallery House and I chose this hotel because I had a very nice experience during my first stay. The location is excellent in my opinion and the room is really nice. I was however very disappointed by the staff who attended to me throughout my stay. Perhaps they were busy attending to the big bookings they had that week. Despite the booking and payments being made by me and was under my name, somehow I was disregarded by the staff who prefers to address my male companion instead. It was very off putting. Nevertheless it is what it is. It was very disappointing though as the staff during my first stay was so friendly and welcoming which was the main reason I didn’t think twice about rebooking.

Perfectly nice

Liked: Perfectly nice hotel in a quiet area, but convenient for seeing the sights. Room was large and quiet (ours was towards the back).
Disliked: Room was a bit dark, despite having large windows, maybe due to the walls colour. Bathroom door didn’t close properly due to the door being warped.

Calm oasis

Liked: Calm oasis from the hustle & bustle of city life. Beautiful decor. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Box/step up to balcony a bit precarious!

Location, staff, breakfast, room -...

Liked: Amazing front desk and staff - everyone was so welcoming and supportive. We had a lovely free upgrade to a suite which was so spacious with a little balcony. Breakfast changed each day and was fresh and tasty! Free tea & coffee in the lobby whenever and a nice place to chill, we did whilst waiting to leave for the airport. The location is so perfect! Close by to all the best coffee/brunch spots (The Folks, Dear Kirstoff, Neighbourhood) and restaurants (Green Street). Highly recommend and such good value for money! My parents stayed in January and recommended - we’re glad we listened!

Beautiful visit to Lisbon

Liked: The hotel was absolutely perfect and just what we were looking for. Hotel staff were very accommodating, polite and genuinely lovely. Breakfast was nice with lots of choice. The room was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Even though tea and coffee were available 24/7 from reception I did miss have a cuppa when I first woke up while getting ready for the day as there was no kettle in the room. When we visit Lisbon again we will 100% be rebooking to stay here. Thank you

Excellent choice of hotel in...

Liked: The hotel was well located with easy access to the bus and tram. There were many good restaurants within walking distance.The staff was very accommodating and eager to help.The breakfasts were amazing. The staff outdone themselves every morning to serve a great variety of dishes that were all excellent.
