Liked: Lovely large room. Great staff … very helpful and provided information on local dining.
Disliked: The breakfast room was cramped though the breakfast was good.

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic! The room comfortable and lovely looking over the street. Fabulous location and great restaurants. The staff was very professional and super helpful.
Disliked: The noise every time you turned the water on, flushed the toilet, used the shower. The plumbing clearly needs help!! This was a negative thing.

Liked: The location in Chiado is unbeatable. The breakfast is incredible. Beautifully presented in a lovely breakfast room. A feast for the eyes as well as your taste buds. The guest room was enormous. Plenty of light from two floor to ceiling windows.
Disliked: Could use better lighting in the bathroom. Could use small face towels which are provided only on the first day.

Liked: The location was perfect to get around the city; the room was spacious and clean; the breakfast was the perfect way to start the day; the staff was exceptional! Daniel was always there to offer great suggestions for restaurants and calling ahead to make reservations. He is very knowledgeable about Portugal’s history and culture and shared much valuable information. Catarina was so kind and quite knowledgeable as well. She made excellent recommendations about our trips to Sintra, Belem and Oporto. They were genuinely interested in our having the best experience in Portugal.
