Stylish & central

Liked: Great location, easy to walk to many places and also next to a Metro. Stylish design and friendly, helpful staff Great to have free water filters on every floor
Disliked: Make sure you leave a Do Not Disturb on the door - we had a 9am visitor. Our fault but don’t get caught like we did.

Fantastic Hotel!

Liked: Hotel is very central and a great base for exploring Madrid. Very quiet rooms that are well equipped and very clean. One of the best things about this hotel is the efficiency, politeness and helpfulness of the staff. Beatriz and Adrian on reception during our stay were outstanding and made our trip a pleasure. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others. The rooftop bar is also lovely with great service. Taxi rank just across the road was very useful.
Disliked: Nothing at all, the Dear Hotel is a joy to stay in.

Very good

Liked: Excellent location. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly and helpfull.
Disliked: Layout of our bathroom was awkward with WC being hit by bathroom door.Rooftop bar staff fantastic, however decor could make it more appealing especially when it is raining!

Very nice hotel in a...

Liked: The hotel is in great location, just at the steps of Plaza de España metro stop in Granvia. Nonetheless, rooms are quiet, which coupled with the perfect mattress (on the soft side) offer excellent night sleep. I loved it that they provide bathrobes and slippers.Hotel staff is excellent, particularly Chema who went above and beyond with his help to offer us a nice stay. Than you!
Disliked: Not sth to complain about, but elevators were busy and sometimes the waiting time could be long. I guess it is b/c it’s a busy hotel.
