Liked: Our host was very good, helpful ,welcoming and cheerful and the breakfast was excellent. The property was in a good location to suit our needs
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, our room was spacious and the bathroom was functional, it wasn't the most luxurious room we've stayed in but it's a guest house not a hotel and we thought value for money and would use again

Liked: Stayed here again (totally worth it.) I like the area. It's close by an art gallery (that was recommended during my stay as I admired the artwork in the dining hall). I visited Dean Park Castle thats within walking distance. The room was more spacious and so was the private bathroom with a robe! I felt very welcomed.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious (I liked the tattie (potato) scones) and meeting other travelers during breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The room is very cozy and enjoyed the tea & biscuit.

Liked: A very handy location to the center of town by foot.The hosts are very welcoming and easy to talk to.Breakfast was lovely and a great opportunity to chat with other travelers. Highly recommend for anyone traveling solo or as a couple.
